SPORTS BEGINNING ICE SKATING In this class, you will learn to glide effortlessly, skate forward, backward, and stop. On the 8th week of class, all skaters will perform a recital and will get a certificate to take home. A $5 skate rental is charged every time the class meets. Please arrive early as ice skates take time to be fitted properly. All participants receive free rink access on the day of their class. Students should wear gloves and warm clothing. No class on 7/4. READY, SET, PICKLEBALL! Grab a paddle and some friends and join the City’s Pickleball League. Leagues available are on various days and nights with games played at Grand Avenue Park. Team rosters are limited to a minimum of 4 players and maximum of 6. League fees include 8 weeks of non-officiated game play, in addition to playoffs for eligible teams, and team awards. Awards will be given to the 1st and 2nd place team in each division.
